Me and BF are starting are new regime today .. lowering our calories and starting over with a better outlook. We are getting older and need to eat and exercise more often. I just had some oatmeal and nectarine for breakfast and I'm planning to have a chicken Caesar salad for lunch. I don't have any ideas for Dinner something healthy. I think the best things is to plan ahead so that your not tempted to grab for fast food that is not good for you. Pictures coming soon....
