So I'm online looking for Zumba classes in my area. Has anyone tried the classes, if so tell me how you liked it. I love to dance ,so I think I might enjoy it.

I LOVE Zumba! I've been teaching it for a year. Try it out! It's a party not a workout! There's also several different Zumba formats to try out too (toning, gold, aqua).
ReplyDeleteI did a class with my mother in law earlier this year and I loved it. You music gets you going and it doesn't feel like a workout. I plan to do more classes next year since I had a good time. Keep us upated if you decide to do a Zumba class.
ReplyDeleteHey Ladies.. thanks for the comments. I hear it is so fun and a party more than a workout and that is what I need. I get bored really fast and then I am like.. ok im tired of this routine. I have been looking up classes in the Bay area to go to and align with my schedule. I will keep you guys posted I will be trying it soon.
