Weight Watchers????

Hey Readers,


I wanted to know if anyone is currently or has ever used the Weight Watchers Weight Loss program and if so what was the outcome?, please share your experience if you feel it is worth trying or any other weight loss program, Jenny Craig, The Fat Smash diet, etc.

Motivation 101: UPDATE : Chelsea Settles

Hello People,


Almost time to say goodbye to November and hello December. I hope that your Thanksgiving was fantastic and you didn't indulge to much or let Black Friday swallow your pockets. I did well in both departments. I posted about my girl Chelsea from MTV's "Chelsea Settles". I recently contacted her on Twitter and as I imagined she is the sweetest inside and out. She and her mother are both doing great and she has lost a significant amount of weight. She was beautiful before she really shines even more  now. She tweeted me that she does Zumba classes which I have been hearing about and I hear they are great , boxing and cycling. I didnt get a chance to ask her about her diet but she is doing great. Her show airs Tuesdays, 11pm /ET on MTV. Very good show.

Update

Well I lost 2 pounds I'm guessing from this move. All these boxes and up and down these stairs. I have not had time to stop by 24hr fitness. That will be a goal this week and a must. Now that everything is moved in sorting time I didn't know I had so many clothes ..geesh.. Trying to get back in the swing of things. Waiting on my Lipsy leopard dress maybe that will get me moving looking at it.

MS WALK 2011: SAN FRANCISCO

Every year I have vowed to walk for MS not just because I work for Bayer who manufactures Betaseron but because my mother struggled with MS for well over 20 years and I walk for her. This year it will be in San Francisco at Golden Gate Park at 9am. I lost my mother September 2009 from complications from Multiple Sclerosis and I hope they find a cure soon for this. I'm so excited to be walking for a cause and be involved in something like this.My boyfriend , sister and my son will be joining me in this 5k journey so looking forward to tomorrow. Pics will follow soon...

Silent Cries....

Man man.. I was not having a good day today. Frustrated..tired..stressed ..hungry Mentally I had a horrible day. I think I pulled my calf muscle in my left leg..idk what's up. I still had to push through and make it to the gym. I burned 784 calories in about 1.5 hrs. It seemed like forever. 300 crunches and weights and cardio oh cardio. I'm in the bed now so sore. I came home washed dishes and still do housework..Jeez louise. Drank my Whey protein and GOOD NITE Y'all.. I'm exhausted....xoxo nesha
